  1. 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

  2. 1/2 cup cocoa pwd

  3. 1/2 tsp baking soda

  4. 2 tsp instant coffee pwd mixed in

  5. 1/2 cup hot water

  6. 1/2 cup lo fat evaporated milk

  7. 1 1/2 to 2 cup golden brown sugar

  8. 1 large egg

  9. 1 tsp vanilla essence

  10. Filling

  11. 3 tbsp cream cheeese

  12. 5 tsp caster sugar

  13. Topping

  14. 150 gm white chocolate

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 deg .

  2. Beat the butter and the sugar .

  3. Add the egg and the essence .

  4. fold the flour , cocoa pwd and the soda .

  5. Mix the milk and the coffee.

  6. In a seperate bowl , Beat the cheese and the caster sugar Line a muffin tray with cupcake papercases Scoop 1 tbsp of cocoa batter into each .

  7. Scoop 2 tsp of cheese mixture in the middle .

  8. Cover it with another scoop of cocoa batter .

  9. Scoop another tsp of cheese mixture on top .

  10. Bake for 30 mins When cool down , microwave the white chocolate on high for 1 to 2 mins . Scoop on top of the cupcakes .
