  1. 1lb bag of cole slaw base (or you can cut your own green/red cabbage & carrots)

  2. 3/4 cup best-quality mayonnaise

  3. 2 tablespoons sour cream

  4. 2 tablespoons grated Spanish onion

  5. 1 tablespoons sugar or to taste

  6. 2 tablespoons white vinegar

  7. 1 tablespoon dry mustard

  8. 1 teaspoon celery salt

  1. Mix all the wet ingredients and spices in a bowl.

  2. Whisk this up.

  3. Add the cabbage/carrots:

  4. Grate the onion.

  5. Add it to the mix.

  6. Stir it all up, and there you have it! The coleslaw is amazing, and even better the next day:
