  1. 6 ounce(s) soft, fresh goat cheese , at room temperature

  2. 1/4 cup(s) lightly toasted sliced almonds

  3. 1/4 cup(s) finely chopped dried apricot

  4. 1/4 cup(s) finely chopped minced onion

  5. Salt , to taste

  6. Pepper , to taste

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) sherry vinegar

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice

  9. 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) harissa

  10. 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) honey

  11. 1 clove(s) (small) garlic , finely minced

  12. 3 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil

  13. 36 radishes

  14. 3 tablespoon(s) roughly chopped cilantro leaves

  1. In electric mixer with paddle attachment, beat goat cheese until creamy. Add almonds, apricot, onion, salt, and pepper and blend.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, harissa, honey, and garlic. Whisk in olive oil.

  3. Cut radishes into 1/2-inch dice. You should have about 2 cups.

  4. Combine radishes and cilantro. Add enough dressing to coat. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Divide radishes among 6 salad plates and top with a dollop of goat cheese. Serve with crusty bread.
