  20. 1/4 tsp fine ground sea salt

  21. 1 cup sucanat

  22. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

  23. 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  24. Blend/Wet Ingredients

  25. 1 tbsp chia

  26. 3/4 cup warm water

  27. 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  28. 2 tbsp cold-pressed virgin coconut oil

  29. 1 tsp vanilla extract (be sure to use gluten- or alcohol-free if you have a sensitivity)

  30. 1/2 tsp fresh ground ginger

  31. 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
