  1. 1 lb ground beef

  2. 2 3/4 cups water

  3. 1/3 cup ketchup

  4. 1 teaspoon onion powder

  5. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  6. 2 cups macaroni , uncooked

  7. 8 ounces cheddar cheese

  1. Shred cheese, or cut into 1/2" cubes.

  2. Brown beef in skillet, and drain.

  3. Add water, ketchup and onion powder; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8-10 min or until macaroni is tender.

  4. Stir in cheese; cook until melted, stirring occasionally.
