  1. 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage

  2. 12 eggs

  3. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  4. 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper

  5. 1/2 tsp. salt

  6. 1/4 tsp. black pepper

  7. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

  8. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  9. 1/3 cupfuls into greased muffin tins. Bake at

  10. 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Yield:

  11. 1 dozen.

  12. OK, here is what I did to it! LOL I browned the sausage WITH the peppers and onions. I didn't add ANY salt. Instead of garlic powder, I used fresh garlic and pressed about 3 small cloves into the eggs. I also added a Tbsp. or so of dried chives. I think that's all I "tinkered" with. I didn't eat one, but they sure smelled wonderful!
