    1. 1/2 cup butter

    2. 1 (3 oz.) pkg cream cheese

    3. 1 cup sugar

    4. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

    5. 1 egg

    6. 2 2/3 cups flour

    7. Filling

    8. 1 tablespoon melted butter

    9. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

    10. 1 tablespoon cinnamon

    1. Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until fluffy, add egg and beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well. Divide in half and chill. Roll out 1 at a time to 8"x12". Spread each portion with 1/2 tablespoon melted butter and then sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and half of the cinnamon. Roll up tightly and freeze until very firm. Cut into 1/4-inch slices and bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes.
