  1. 21/2 cups puffed rice

  2. 1/2 cup sev

  3. 1/2 cup frozen sweet corn

  4. 1/2 cup onion (finely copped)

  5. 1/2 cup tomato (chopped)

  6. 1/2 cup grated carrot

  7. 1/4 cup coriander (finely chopped)

  8. 1/4 tsp chilli paste

  9. 1 tsp date syrup

  10. 1/4 tsp tamarind paste

  11. 1/2 tsp mint chutney

  12. 1/2 tsp natural cane sugar

  13. salt to taste

  1. Microwave corn with pinch of salt and 3 tsp water for a minute. Drain the water.

  2. Mix chilli paste, date syrup, tamarind paste, mint chutney and sugar well and keep aside.

  3. In a large mixing bowl add puffed rice, onion, tomato,carrot, coriander, corn, salt, sev and the above paste mixture and mix well.

  4. Serve immediately.
