  1. Nori sheets/Dried seaweed paper 6

  2. Sticky rice 3 Cup (48 tbs) , cooked

  3. Cooked bacon slice 6 , crisped

  4. Shredded cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)

  5. Toasted sesame oil 2 Tablespoon

  6. For hamburger meat

  7. Hamburger meat 1 Pound

  8. Garlic 1 Tablespoon , chopped (Optional)

  9. Salt and pepper To Taste

  1. Directions MAKING 1. In a non-stick pan, cook the bacon strips in small batches until crisp, remove and set aside.

  2. In the same pan, cook the hamburger meat, garlic, salt and pepper, allow to cook until browned and cooked.

  3. On a sushi mat, place the nori sheets, spread rice in thin layer over half of the nori sheet.

  4. Put the bacon, meat and cheese in layer, over the rice.

  5. Lift the edge with rice, and roll tightly with help of sushi mat, when you reach half way press and shape the nori sheet and roll.

  6. FINALIZING 6. Spread little rice on the open edge and press to seal.

  7. Brush the sushi with sesame oil and cut using a sharp serrated knife.

  8. SERVING 8. Serve with soy sauce or sriracha aioli or ketchup, if desired.
