  4. 1/3 cup olive oil

  6. 2 6 oz swordfish steaks

  7. 1 cup diced tomatoes

  8. 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

  9. 1/4 cup pitted and chopped black olives

  10. 1/4 cup chopped red onion

  11. 1/4 cup chopped mixed herbs -- (basil, thyme, parsley, etc.)

  12. 3 cups mixed greens

  13. lemon wedges, for garnish

  1. Recipe by: In a food processor or blender combine garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of the dressing over the swordfish steaks and coat both sides. Set aside for 10 minutes.

  2. In a bowl combine olives, tomatoes, red onion, herbs and half of the remaining dressing and toss to coat.

  3. Prepare grill.

  4. Grill swordfish, depending on thickness, for 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. In another bowl toss the mixed greens with the remaining dressing.

  6. Transfer greens to a decorative plate and top with grilled swordfish and tomato mixture.

  7. Garnish with lemon wedges.
