  1. Baby Corn - 1

  2. Tomato - 1 chopped

  3. Onion - Half onion - chopped

  4. Green chillies - 3 slit lengthwise

  5. Cinnamon sticks - 2 medium

  6. Cloves - 3

  7. Turmeric powder - 2 pinches

  8. Coriander/Dhaniya powder - 1/4 tsp

  9. Salt and Chilly powder - to taste

  10. Cilantro/Coriander - to garnish

  1. Cut Baby Corn into 1 inch long pieces. Wask and Keep aside.

  2. Heat a skillet. Add 3 tbs oil. Add chopped onions and saute well until they begin to change color.

  3. Add cloves, cinnamon sticks, green chillies and a pinch of turmeric powder.

  4. Add chopped tomatoes.Cover and cook on medium until tomatoes turn tender and can be mashed (approx 3 mins)

  5. Remove lid. Add Baby corn. Adjust salt and chilly powder. Add coriander powder. Mix well. Cover and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes.

  6. Remove lid and cook for an additional minute.

  7. Garnish with Cilantro You may squeeze juice of lime before serving.

  8. Serve Hot with Roti/Chapathi.
