  1. 1 x 26cm plain pizza base

  2. 2 tablespoons pizza sauce

  3. 75g shaved ham, slivered

  4. 125g can creamed corn

  5. 1/2 cup drained pineapple pieces

  6. 3/4 cup grated pizza cheese

  7. Fresh basil or parsley leaves, to garnish

  1. Preheat oven to 190C/170C fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Using a 7cm cutter, cut 8 rounds from pizza base; place on tray. Bake for 6 minutes.

  2. Lightly spread rounds with pizza sauce. Top with ham, corn and pineapple; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 12 minutes more until bases are crisp and cheese is melted. Cool slightly. Garnish with basil.
