  1. Meatballs Ingredients:

  2. 1 Pound Ground Beef

  3. 1 Pound Ground Pork

  4. 1 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs

  5. 2 Eggs

  6. 1/ 2 Cup Finely Chopped Celery

  7. 1/ 2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion

  8. 1/ 2 Cup Finely Chopped Green Bell Pepper

  9. 2/ 3 Cup Land O Lakes™ Half & Half

  10. 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley Flakes

  11. 1 1/ 2 Teaspoons Dill Weed

  12. 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  13. 1/ 2 Teaspoon Salt

  14. Sauce Ingredients:

  15. 2 Cups Land O Lakes™ Half & Half

  16. 1 Cup Land O Lakes® Sour Cream

  17. 1 (10 3/4-ounce) Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

  18. 1 Teaspoon Salt

  19. 1/2 - 1 tsp Caraway Seed

  20. Noodles Ingredients:

  21. 1 (16-ounce) Package Uncooked Dried Wide Egg or Dumpling Noodles

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. Combine all meatball ingredients in large bowl; mix lightly.

  3. Shape meat mixture into 16 balls.

  4. Place meatballs into ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan. Bake for 40 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven. Drain grease; place meatballs in 13x9-inch baking dish; discard grease.

  6. Combine all sauce ingredients in medium bowl. Pour over meatballs.

  7. Continue baking, stirring occasionally, 20 to 25 minutes or until sauce is heated through.

  8. Meanwhile, prepare noodles as directed on package. Drain.

  9. Serve meatballs and sauce over hot cooked noodles.
