  1. 1 cup old fashioned oats

  2. 1 cup all purpose flour

  3. 1/4 cup brown sugar

  4. 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  5. 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  6. 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

  7. 3/4 cup plain yogurt

  8. 3/4 cup milk

  9. 2 large eggs

  10. 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  11. 2 bananas, peeled and mashed

  12. 1/4 cup melted butter plus additional

  1. Whisk together oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Whisk together yogurt, milk, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Add the oat mixture to the yogurt and whisk until blended. Fold in the mashed bananas and 1/4 cup melted butter.

  2. Brush the inside of a large skillet with some of the additional melted butter. Pour 1/3 cupfuls of the batter into the skillet. Cook about 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Repeat cooking with remaining batter.
