  1. Ingredients :Serves 3-4

  2. 2 cloves

  3. 2 slices 1 1/4 1 200 g Seasoning A

  4. 2 tablespoons Seasoning B

  5. 1 cup each 1/2 teaspoon 1 tablespoon Garlic

  6. Ginger

  7. Potato

  8. Onion

  9. Tomato

  10. Drumstick

  11. Some cornstarch water

  12. Curry powder

  13. Coconut milk, stock

  14. Sugar

  15. Salt, rice wine

  1. Mince the garlic and ginger separately.

  2. Dice the potato, onion and tomato.

  3. Rinse the drumstick, debone and cut intosmall pieces.

  4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, stir frythe onion, garlic, ginger and Seasoning A. Then add the chicken and cookuntil 70% cooked.

  5. Stir in the potato and tomato, followed bySeasoning B and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook until thechicken is tender.

  6. Thicken with cornstarch water and serve.
