  1. 1 egg

  2. 1/2 cup cornmeal

  3. 1/4 cup flour

  4. 1 dash pepper

  5. 2 teaspoons baking powder

  6. 1/4 cup milk

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can pink salmon , remove bones and skin if desired

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Form into "patties" that resemble hamburger patties.

  3. Brown in oil on both sides for approximately 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. I serve mine and most like ketchup poured over the top, just depends on your taste buds!
