  1. Popcorn 9 Cup (144 tbs) , popped

  2. Graham cracker 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crushed

  3. Marshmallow cream 7 Ounce (jet puffed)

  4. Butter 3 Tablespoon

  5. Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon

  6. Milk chocolate chips 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Hersheys)

  7. Shortening 1 Tablespoon

  8. White chocolate 4 Tablespoon (Optional)

  9. For garnish

  10. Graham cracker crumbs 3 Tablespoon

  1. Directions GETTING READY 1. In a large bowl put popcorn. Add crush graham crackers. Set aside.

  2. MAKING 2. In another large pot, melt butter over medium heat.

  3. Add marshmallow cream and stir until melted. Stir in vanilla extract and remove from heat.

  4. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn mixture and stir quickly to coat the popcorn in the marshmallow.

  5. Make them into balls of desired size by pressing well between palms.

  6. Melt chocolate chips and shortening in the microwave until completely melted. Stir frequently to prevent burning the chocolate.

  7. Dip half of the popcorn ball into the chocolate, let the excess drip off.

  8. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

  9. Place a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  10. . Place in the refrigerator until chocolate hardens.

  11. . Remove from fridge and drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired and let the chocolate harden.

  12. SERVING 12. In a serving plate, serve these balls with milk or any refreshing drink or enjoy as it is or pack them as gifts.
