  1. 1/2 c. ketchup

  2. 1/2 c. red wine vinegar

  3. 2 T. chili powder

  4. 1/4 c. brown sugar

  5. 2 T. honey

  6. 1 teas. cumin

  7. 1 teas. Hot Sauce

  8. 2 T. Worcestershire sauce

  9. 1 teas. curry powder

  10. 4 whole Roma tomatoes, chopped

  11. 2 cloves garlic,roasted

  12. 1 medium red onion, diced

  13. 1 whole orange ,peel ON,seeded,diced -- Sesame Slaw:

  14. 1 head cabbage or 2 lb. bag raw slaw

  15. 2 c. white wine vinegar

  16. 1 c. water

  17. 3 oz. lime juice

  18. 3 T. sesame oil

  19. 1/2 c. granulated sugar

  20. 1 each red, green, and yellow bell peppers, diced

  1. BBQ Sauce: In a saucepan, mix well first 9 ingredients. Add garlic,onion and tomatoes. Bring to a boil,lower heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Strain and puree mixture in blender until smooth. -- Sesame Slaw: Slice cabbage and place in a large mixing bowl with the peppers. In a medium saucepan, bring to a boil the vinegar,water,lime juice and sesame oil.Remove from heat. Pour hot mixture over cabbage and pepper. Cover for 1 hour. Serve with BBQ sauce over grilled salmon steaks, chicken breasts or beef filet's with slaw on the side.
