  1. 1 tb Celery

  2. Salt & pepper to taste

  3. 1 tb Onion

  4. 1 c Milk

  5. 1 tb Butter

  6. Worcestorshire sauce to

  7. taste 2 ts Flour

  8. 1/2 c Any cooked vegetable

  9. 1/4 ts Chicken bouillon

  1. Cook celery and onion in butter until soft.

  2. Stir in flour, bouillon, salt and pepper.

  3. Add milk and worcestorshire sauce.

  4. Cook until thickened plus 1 minute.

  5. Blend vegetable with soup until smooth.

  6. Makes 1 serving.

  7. Suggested combinations: carrots and nutmeg, peas and mint, potatoes and dill.
