  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Medium raw shrimp - shelled, deveined

  2. Marinade

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chinese rice wine or dry sherry

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cornstarch

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. Freshly-ground white pepper - to taste

  7. Sauce

  8. 1/3 cup 78ml Mayonnaise

  9. 2 teaspoons 10ml Sugar

  10. 2 teaspoons 10ml Oyster-flavored sauce

  11. 2 teaspoons 10ml Sesame oil

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Grated lemon peel

  13. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chili garlic sauce

  14. To Finish

  15. 4 cups 584g / 20oz Chopped iceberg lettuce or Napa cabbage

  16. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cooking oil

  17. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chicken broth - (to 3)

  18. 1 cup 237ml Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add shrimp and stir to coat. Let stand for 20 minutes.

  2. Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl. Place chopped lettuce or Napa cabbage on serving plate.

  3. Place a wok over high heat until hot. Add oil, swirling to coat sides. Add shrimp and stir-fry until pink, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth and cook for 1 minute. Add sauce and toss to mix well.

  4. Arrange shrimp on plate over chopped greens; sprinkle with Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts.

  5. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings
