  1. 1 1/2 cups iceberg lettuce , torn into pieces

  2. 1/2 cup bean sprouts

  3. 1/2 cup blanched broccoli florets

  4. 2 celery (ajmoda) , chopped

  5. For The Dressing

  6. 1 cup chopped ripe muskmelon (kharbooja)

  7. 1/2 tsp crushed roasted cumin seeds (jeera)

  8. 3 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)

  9. salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

  1. Blend the muskmelon to a smooth purée in a blender.

  2. Transfer the puree to a bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate till required.

  3. Combine all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and refrigerate till chill.

  4. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well.

  5. Serve immediately.
