  7. 3 cups Low-sodium chicken broth

  8. 3 Bay leaves

  9. 1 Sprig fresh thyme; -

  10. 1 tablespoon Brown sugar

  11. cup Cider vinegar

  12. 2 tablespoons Ketchup

  13. 1 tablespoon Dry mustard

  14. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  15. teaspoon Ground clove

  16. 1 teaspoon Chili powder

  17. teaspoon Cayenne pepper

  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS in a pot, place over medium heat on the stove and cook until reduced to ¾ cup. Strain, and use to glaze chicken, meat or fish while grilling.
