  1. Hot Horseradish Dip

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Prepared horseradish

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Tabasco

  4. Mustard Dip

  5. 1 Sour cream - (any style)

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Country-style Dijon mustard

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic salt

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml White wine vinegar

  9. Chicken

  10. 24 Chicken drumsticks - skin removed

  11. 2 cups 474ml Barbecue sauce

  1. In medium bowl stir together Hot Horseradish Dip ingredients. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Repeat for mustard dip.

  2. Prepare grill placing coals to one side; heat until coals are ash white. Make aluminum foil drip pan; place opposite coals.

  3. Place chicken on grill over drip pan. Grill, turning occasionally, for 7 minutes. Continue grilling, basting occasionally with barbecue sauce, until chicken is fork tender (6-8 minutes). Serve chicken hot or cold with dips.

  4. TIP: Substitute 4 pounds of chicken wing drumettes for 24 chicken drumsticks. Serve as an appetizer.
