  1. 4 Large Eggs

  2. 3 cup(s) of Flour

  3. 2 cup(s) of Sugar

  4. 1 cup(s) of Vegetable Oil

  5. 3 Medium apples cored, peeled and sliced

  6. 1 tsp. of Salt

  7. 2 1/2 tsp. of Vanilla Extract

  8. 1/3 cup(s) of Orange Juice

  9. 3 tsp. of Baking powder

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix dry ingredients together first.

  2. In another mixing bowl, beat together eggs, oil, vanilla, and orange juice.

  3. Mix with dry ingredients.

  4. Use a greased bundt pan. Put in half the batter, sprinkle with 1/3 of a mixture of 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 3 tablespoons of sugar, add the apples, more cinnamon sugar topping, pour remaining batter to cover apples completely.

  5. LIGHTLY sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar topping. Get it closer to the edges to allow it to rise.

  6. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven until it rises and is golden brown. Allow to cool COMPLETELY before removing from the pan.
