  1. Cupcakes:

  2. 1 1/2 cups all purpose flower

  3. 1 cup sugar

  4. 1/4 cocoa powder

  5. 1 ts baking soda

  6. 1/2 ts salt

  7. 1 cup water

  8. 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  9. 1 ts of white vinegar

  10. 1 ts of vanilla

  11. Filling:

  12. 1 pack of cream cheese softened. (8 oz)

  13. 1/3 cup of sugar

  14. 1 egg

  15. 1/8 ts salt

  16. 2 cups of chocolate chips ( I use semi sweet, I have also used the peanut butter kind)

  1. Filling Beat cream cheese until creamy.

  2. Add Sugar, egg and salt until well combined.

  3. Set a side.

  4. Cupcakes Combine flower, sugar, baking soda and salt.

  5. Add water vinegar and vanilla mix until well combined.

  6. Fill up cupcakes a bit less than half ways.

  7. Add 2 spoons of the cream cheese mix on top of each cupcake.

  8. Bake 25-30 min 350.
