  1. Fry the rice in ghee , in a wide heavy bottom pan .

  2. Add the water , stock cube and check the salt .

  3. Simmer and cook until the water is absorbed . ...

  4. Meanwhile , fry the spices along with onion , tomatoes and herbal leaves.

  5. Add the paste and fry well .

  6. Add the chicken and simmer for 20 mins .

  7. Add to the rice and mix well .

  8. Drizzle the lemon juice and ghee Serve hot.
