  1. 340.19 g package smoked sausage (I have used beef, pork and turkey with equally good results)

  2. 2 (283.49 g) can mushrooms , drained

  3. 2 (850.48 g) can white potatoes , drained, whole or sliced

  4. 2 (850.48 g) can green beans , drained

  5. all purpose Greek seasoning, to taste

  1. Cut sausage into 1/4 inch coins (on a diagnol).

  2. Saute sausage until desired doneness.

  3. Add mushrooms, potatoes, and green beans.

  4. Sprinkle with seasoning.

  5. Saute until beans and potatoes are cooked through.
