  1. vegetables :

  2. Pinch of fennel seed

  3. 1 onion sliced

  4. 1 tomato sliced

  5. 2 tsps ginger - garlic paste

  6. 2 tbsps Meat curry powder

  7. 3 C cauliflower , florets

  8. 1 C French beans , sliced

  9. 1/2 c potatoes , sliced

  10. 2 1/2 C water

  11. noodles :

  12. 1/2 K rice vermicilli , soaked in water until soft and drained

  13. Few drops of ghee

  14. 1 cinnamon stick

  15. 2 cardomoms

  16. 1 bay leaf

  17. 1 onion chopped

  18. 2 green chillies , slit

  19. 1 C low fat evaporated milk

  20. 1 1/2 C water

  21. salt

  22. Pinch of tumeric and curry powder

  23. mint leaves

  24. 1 tbsp lemon juice

  1. Vegetables :

  2. Fry the fennel seed . Add the onion and tomatoe and saute until soft .

  3. Add everythingelse and cook until done .

  4. Noodles :

  5. Fry the spices in ghee .

  6. Saute the onion .

  7. Add the powders , milk and water .

  8. When starts to boil add the vermicilli .

  9. Cover and cook until all the liquid is absorbed . It may take only few minutes .

  10. When done , stir the vegetables and sprinkle the lemon juice on top .

  11. Serve hot .
