  4. 5 Celery ribs, finely chopped

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

  7. 1 tablespoon Cider vinegar

  8. 2 tablespoons Prepared mustard

  9. 1/4 cup Brown sugar

  10. 1 teaspoon Mustard seed

  11. 3 1/2 cup Catsup

  1. FREDDIE JOHNSON MDTF77A Brown meat in slow cooker or skillet on top of range on medium heat. Remove excess grease. Transfer cooking pot to heating base or transfer meat to slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients stirring well to blend. Cover and cook at setting #3 (for West Bend Slow Cooker) or low in others for 6 - 8 hours. Serve on buns or over hot dogs for chili dogs.
