  1. 1 boneless beef chuck roast (2 1/2 pounds)

  2. 1 Tbsp olive oil

  3. 2 garlic cloves , minced

  4. 1 medium onion

  5. 1 medium green pepper

  6. 8 ounces fresh mushrooms

  7. 1 28 ounce jar of spaghetti sauce

  8. 1 8 ounce can of tomato sauce

  9. 1 package of spaghetti

  10. black pepper

  11. parmesan cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Trim excess fat from roast.

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  4. Add garlic into pan and cook until tender.

  5. Add roast to pan and brown on all sides.

  6. Place roast in roaster and sprinkle with pepper.

  7. Divide onion and pepper in half. Thickly slice one half of each and chop the remaing halves.

  8. Mix the chopped onion and chopped green pepper with the spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce. Pour over roast.

  9. Arrange mushrooms, sliced onions and sliced green peppers over roast.

  10. Cover and bake for 2 1/2 hours.

  11. When roast is done cook spaghetti according to package. Serve as follows: spaghetti, thin slice of roast, sauce from roaster, grated Parmesan cheese.
