  1. 1 Pound ground turkey

  2. 1/4 c Seasoned dry bread crumbs

  3. 1/4 ts Salt

  4. 1/4 ts Pepper

  5. 2 Green onions (with tops), ch

  6. 1 Egg

  7. 3/4 c Finely chopped almonds, toas

  1. These patties are great with cranberry sauce, Papaya Chutney or Raisin.

  2. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

  3. Mix turkey, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onions and egg.

  4. Shape into 4 patties, each 3/4-inch thick.

  5. Coat both sides of patties with almonds.

  6. Place patties on rack in broiler pan.

  7. Bake about 30 minutes or until patties are no longer pink in center.
