  1. 1 potato (cut into pieces and boiled)

  2. 1 carrot (chopped and boiled)

  3. 1 cup green peas (boiled)

  4. 1 cup cauliflower (cut into pieces and boiled)

  5. Water (along with salt and turmeric powder)

  6. 1 onion (chopped)

  7. 1 green chili (chopped)

  8. 1/2tsp cumin seeds

  9. 1/2tsp mustard seeds

  10. 6 curry leaves

  11. 1/4tsp turmeric powder

  12. 1tsp red chili powder

  13. Salt as per taste

  14. 1/2tsp ginger (crashed)

  15. 1/2tsp garlic (crashed)

  16. 2 tomatoes (chopped)

  17. 2tsp coriander powder

  18. 2tsp meat masala

  19. 1/4tsp garam masala

  20. Coriander leaves (chopped for garnish)

  21. 1tsp ghee

  22. 1tsp oil

  23. 1 cup water

  1. Heating up 1tsp ghee and 1tsp of oil in a deep bottom pan

  2. Add cumin and mustard seed with curry leaves

  3. Put the ginger and garlic

  4. Fry them for a minute

  5. Now add chopped onions and green chilies

  6. Fry them together till the onions become soft

  7. Add chopped tomato and cook for few minutes

  8. Now add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, meat masala and garam masala

  9. Fry them altogether until the oil separates from the masala

  10. Add all the boiled vegetables now

  11. Cook the vegetables for 2 minutes

  12. Add water and leave it boil for few more minutes

  13. Mix vegetables curry is ready to be served

  14. Try it with rice, roti, parantha or naan
