  1. 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy

  2. 1/2 cup sherry, dry

  3. 1/4 cup soy sauce, dark

  4. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  5. 1/4 cup honey

  6. 1/4 cup oil

  7. 1/4 cup ginger, crushed

  8. 1/4 cup green onion, minced

  9. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

  10. 2 tablespoons sesame oil, dark

  11. 2 tablespoons Chinese chili sauce

  12. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  13. 6 garlic cloves

  1. Combine everything in food processor and mix. Marinade pork for up to 8 hours. Remove the chops from the marinade and boil the marinade. Grill the chops and use the marinade as mop while grilling.
