  1. 1 lb ground beef

  2. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

  3. 1/2 cup quick oats , uncooked

  4. 1/2 cup onion , chopped finely

  5. 1 egg , beaten

  1. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.

  2. Shape into loaf in 12x8-inch baking dish.

  3. Bake at 375°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with remaining barbecue sauce.
