  1. 1/2 kg Chicken

  2. 3 tbsp (Dry) Coconut (grated)

  3. 5 medium Onions

  4. 2 tsp Fennel seed (Saunf)

  5. 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste

  6. 3 tsp Chilli powder

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 3 tbsp Oil

  9. 5 Cloves

  10. 2 stick Cinnamon

  11. 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder

  1. Clean Chicken and cut into small pieces.

  2. Heat pan, add 1 tbsp Oil and fry 1 Onion and the grated Coconut.

  3. Grind this together with cloves and Cinnamon.

  4. Chop 4 Onions. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.

  5. Add Onions, Chicken, Chilli powder, Saunf, Ginger-Garlic paste and Garlic powder.

  6. Cook on low heat till the chicken is cooked. Add water if necessary.

  7. Add Ground masala and bring to a boil. Serve hot.
