  1. 1 Egg

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Water

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Minced chives

  4. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Flour

  5. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Soft bread crumbs

  6. Lemon wedges -

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dijon style mustard

  8. 6 Cooked turkey - chicken or Roast beef or pork roast.

  9. Cooking oil

  1. Cut meat slices 1/4" thick. Beat egg, mustard, water and chives together.

  2. Dredge meat slices in flour, dip in egg mixture, coat with crumbs.

  3. Fry meat slices in 1/4" hot cooking oil in skillet until golden on both sides, turning once.

  4. Add more oil, if needed. Serve with lemon wedges.
