  1. 1 onion ,finley chopped

  2. 1 small jap pumpkin (really yellow inside) cut into 2cm cubes

  3. 2 cloves crushed garlic

  4. 2 tblspoon butter

  5. 1 tin coconut cream

  6. 1 tsp cracked pepper corns

  7. 1 125g crab meat

  8. 1 tbl spoon brown sugar

  9. 2 tbl spoon tom yung paste (or red curry paste)

  10. 1 cup chicken stock

  1. Saute onion, garlic, peppercorn add pumpkin and saute for a further 2 mins add chicken stock coconut bring to boil.

  2. Add sugar, tom yung paste and crab meat and simmer for another 10 mins- Allow to cool Place all into blender and blend till smooth.

  3. Heat when required...

  4. Add more paste if you like your thai soup spicy !!
