  1. Salmon fish 1 1/2 kg.

  2. Cloves 2

  3. Peanut oil 1/2 cup

  4. Cardamom 2

  5. Crushed

  6. Onions 3

  7. Chopped

  8. Coriander Powder 3 tsp.

  9. Green chillies 5

  10. Slit

  11. Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp.

  12. Tomato Puree 1/2 cup

  13. Tamarind paste 2 tbsp.

  14. Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp.

  15. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.

  16. Salt to taste

  1. Cut the salmon fish into medium size pieces. Mix 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp chilli powder, turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and salt and apply on the fish.

  2. Heat oil in a sauce pan add green chilies and onions fry until the onions turn brown, add rest of ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, chili powder and a pinch of salt 3. Add the fish and fry for 5 minutes.

  3. Add the tomato puree and tamarind paste mixed in 2 cups of water...

  4. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add the crushed cardamom and cloves and chopped green coriander. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
