  1. 150-200 g beef

  2. 2 stalks lemon grass, finely

  3. 2 shallots, finely

  4. 2 tablespoons coriander, finely

  5. 2 kaffir lime leaves, finely punnet cherry tomatoes,Lebanese cucumber,

  6. 1 handful green beans,

  7. 1 cup bean cup mint leaves,Sauce

  8. 1-3 small birdseye

  9. 2 tablespoon lime

  10. 3 cloves

  11. 1 teaspoon tablespoon 1 1/2 tablespoons fish teaspoon powdered coriander

  1. Cook beef in a wok or frying pan for about 2 minutes per side (should be slightly rare in the middle).

  2. Set aside to cool and then slice very finely.

  3. Combine tomato, cucumber, shallots, bean sprouts, beans, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, coriander and mint leaves in a large bowl and set aside.

  4. Sauce : Mix together finely chopped chillies, lime juice, fish sauce, coriander, garlic, ginger and sugar. Stir until sugar has dissolved and everything is well mixed.

  5. Combine the beef with the other salad ingredients, then pour sauce over and mix thoroughly.
