  1. 1 cup soya chunks

  2. 1 cup french beans

  3. 1 cup potato

  4. 1 cup small cauliflower flowerettes

  5. 1 cup ginger garlic paste

  6. 3 tbsp grated coconut

  7. (ground to a fine paste)

  8. coconut milk 1 cup

  9. 3 tomatoes

  10. 1 onion finely chopped

  11. curry leaves a fewcoriander leaves for garnish

  12. 1 tbsp coriander powder

  13. 1 tbsp chilli powder

  14. 1/2 tbsp tumeric powder

  15. 1 tsp jeera

  16. 1 tsp saunf powder

  17. 1 inch cinnamon

  18. 2 or 3 cloves

  19. 2 or 3 cardamom

  20. 1 or 2 bay leaves

  1. Soak the chunks in hot water for a few hours. Drain & wash with cold water. Drain &

  2. squeeze out the water. Keep aside.

  3. Fry in oil bay leaf, curry leaves, cinnamon, clove, cardamom & jeera. Add the onions fry well. Add ginger/garlic paste. Fry this till the raw smell goes.

  4. Add the chilli powder, coriander powder, salt & tumeric. Fry well. Add the chunks & mix well till its coated with the masala.

  5. Add the potato & beans & let it cook. When the chunks & veg. are cooked add the cauliflower. When the cauliflower is cooked add tomatoes. Fry well & add water. Let it thicken. When done add saunf powder & ground coconut. Boil for a few minutes &

  6. garnish with coriander leaves
