  5. 1/4 ml salt

  6. 44 1/37 ml milk or 44 1/37 ml whipping cream

  7. 2.46 ml vanilla extract

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.

  2. Add powdered sugar, cocoa, salt, milk or whipping cream, and vanilla.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Spread over the cake or cupcakes.
