  1. 13 Ounce , thawed, cut in

  2. 3/4" cubes

  3. Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon

  4. Dill weed 1 Teaspoon

  5. Crushed red pepper 1 Teaspoon

  6. Grund black pepper 1 Teaspoon

  7. Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon

  8. Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon (Wegmans reduced soy sauce)

  9. Garlic cloves 2 Medium , peeled and chopped

  1. Directions GETTING READY 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. MAKING 2. In a bowl, place together tofu, olive oil, dill, red pepper, black pepper, sesame oil, and soy sauce and mix to coat the tofu well.

  3. On a parchment lined baking tray, place tofu and spread in single layer.

  4. Bake in the oven for 7 minutes.

  5. Remove baking tray from oven, transfer tofu into a bowl and toss in the garlic.

  6. On the same baking tray, place tofu and bake in oven for 7 minutes or until lightly browned.

  7. SERVING 7. Serve baked tofu on its own as snack, toss it in pesto or serve over mixed salad as desired.
