  2. Red chilli powder 2 Teaspoon

  3. Coriander seeds 3 Tablespoon

  4. 1 tsp

  5. Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon

  7. Mustard 1/2 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)

  8. Black gram 1/2 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)

  9. Fenugreek 1/4 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)

  10. Fennel 1/2 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)

  11. ·Curry leaves - few

  12. Onion 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped (For Seasoning)

  13. Garlic 10 Gram , chopped (For Seasoning)

  14. Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped (For Seasoning)

  15. ·Tamarind extract - to taste

  16. Salt 1 To taste (For Seasoning)

  1. Directions Wash the fish slices.

  2. Grind red chillies with coriander seeds, fennel and poppy seeds.

  3. Heat oil, season with mustard, black gram dal, saunf, fenugreek and curry leaves.

  4. A dd garlic and onion and fry till onions are light brown.

  5. Add ground masala, fry well.

  6. Add tomato and tamarind extract. Simmer for a few minutes.

  7. Add fish and salt. Cook till done
