  1. 2 cups chilled butter

  2. 100 gms.

  3. 2 cups Chopped vegetables of choice

  4. beans, carrot, spinach, cauliflower etc, All or any)

  5. onions 2

  6. 1 green chillies

  7. 1/2" piece oil

  8. 1 tbsp.

  9. red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.

  10. curry masala (or garam masala) 1/2 tsp.

  11. cream 1 tbsp.

  12. corn flour 1 tsp.

  13. salt to taste

  14. chilled water

  1. Sieve together flour and salt.

  2. Add chilled butter. Mix with fork till mixture is crumbly.

  3. Sprinkle chilled water over it.

  4. Quickly, with light hand mix the dough into a lump.

  5. Do not over knead.

  6. Chill dough for 15 mins. in a plastic bag.

  7. Roll dough into 4" thick round.

  8. Place over a greased pie plate.

  9. Prick with a fork all over.

  10. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 12 mins., or till light brown. Keep aside.
