  1. Corn oil 3 Tablespoon

  2. Onions 2 , sliced

  3. Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon

  4. Peas 1 25 Gram

  5. 1 teaspoon garlic pulp

  6. Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoon

  7. Green chillies 2

  8. Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon

  9. Salt 1 Teaspoon

  10. Coriander 2 Tablespoon , chopped

  11. Mushrooms 500 Gram , sliced

  1. Directions Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the onions and the fennel seeds for about 3 minutes, or until soft.

  2. Add the peas, garlic, turmeric, green chillies, chilli powder and salt and stir-fry over a medium heat for another 3 minutes.

  3. Add the freshly chopped coriander and mushrooms and continue to fry for about 5 minutes, stirring gently, until the onions are cooked through.

  4. Transfer the mushrooms to a serving dish and serve hot with puris or baby poppadums.
