  1. 1 lb squid

  2. 1 green onion

  3. 2 shallots

  4. Lemon grass

  5. For the dressing:

  6. 2 hot chillies

  7. 2 tbsp garlic (chopped)

  8. 2 tbsp lime juice

  9. 2 tbsp fish sauce

  1. Directions Chop all the vegetables and keep aside. Mix all the ingredients for dressing and keep aside. Wash and cut the squid into 2x2 inch and make criss cross lines all over.

  2. Take a pan with water. When the water has boiled, add the squid and cook for 5 minutes or till done. Let it cool.

  3. Take squid in a bowl. Add all the chopped vegetables. Add mint leaves (optional). Pour in the dressing and toss. Serve.
