  5. 1/4 small head green cabbage , shredded (about 2 cups)

  6. 1/4 cup(s) (from 1/2 ear fresh or frozen and thawed)

  7. corn kernels

  8. 1 scallion , thinly sliced

  9. 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh cilantro

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, lime juice, cayenne, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

  2. Add the cabbage and corn and toss to coat. Let sit, tossing occasionally, for 10 minutes. Fold in the scallion and cilantro.
