  1. 2tbsp olive oil

  2. 1tsp mustard seeds

  3. 1tsp garlic paste

  4. 2 green chilies (chopped)

  5. 1tsp fennel seeds (powder)

  6. 1tsp curry powder

  7. 2 tomatoes (chopped)

  8. 1tsp tamarind paste

  9. 1tsp coriander leaves (chopped)

  10. 200 gms (Seabass) fish (marinated in salt for few minutes)

  1. Heating up 1tbsp olive oil on a fry pan

  2. Put the mustard seeds and chopped green chilies

  3. Fry for a minutes and put garlic paste

  4. Now put fennel seeds powder and curry powder

  5. Mix them altogether and add salt as per taste

  6. Now add the chopped tomatoes and cook for a minute in medium heat

  7. Now add the tamarind paste and mix well

  8. Add the chopped curry leaves and mix well with the masala

  9. Tomato curry for the fish is ready

  10. Now heating up 1tbsp olive oil in a non steak fry pan

  11. Sprinkle little bit salt over the fishes

  12. Now fry the fishes in medium heat

  13. When the both sides of the fishes fry well add 1tsp of lemon juice

  14. Fish is ready now

  15. Put the already made sauce in a plate

  16. Place the fried fishes on the plate

  17. Serve it hot
