  1. 2 large chicken breasts,

  2. 125 g cream cheese, at room

  3. 1 cup cup coriander, finely

  4. 1-2 tablespoons garlic, finely cup plain cup Pinch of salt and Extra

  1. Combine chicken, egg, cream cheese, garlic, salt and pepper, then in a thin stream add olive oil.

  2. Add flour and breadcrumbs. Stir through coriander.

  3. Form into balls. Lightly dust with extra breadcrumbs.

  4. Fry in olive oil over medium heat, or use a deep fryer, until brown.

  5. Serve with aioli, hommus or dipping sauce of choice.
