  1. First dry roast red chillies,coriander in medium size pan for 5 min on medium flame and burn it. After this in a grinder make a fine powder of this mixture after cooling down and add coconut along with a little quantity of water make a fine paste.

  2. In a large pan heat oil and ghee on medium flame after it gets heated add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, bay leaves, cumin seeds, curry leaves, onions keep stirring for 3 min and then add cashews, rasins, ginger -garlic paste roast it for 2 min add remaning green chillies,turmeric powder, potatoes,green peas and keep stirring for another 4 min. Now add palak fry fry for 2 min and add 2 cups of water add salt to taste and let it come to boil. In the end add soaked rice and stir well all the mixture. Let the rice cook for 15- 20 min on slow to medium flame and keep checking there after once finished serve hot with garnished cilantro.
